Feature - Implemented Spell dmg: Intrinsic Spiciness & PM spells

Maybe it will be better to show bonus spell damage in mafia as bonus spell damage from all sources excl. intrinsic spiciness + intrinsic spiciness spell damage (like this: 15(+6) ), because after perming this skill I need to calculate actual bonus spell damage for my Cannon/Pastalorg/Stringozzi spells every time

There's always "modtrace spell damage" to see them listed separately.

More or less implemented -- there's no sauce spell damage modifier at the moment, but this no longer counts toward Spell Damage.
