Fluxxdog Active member Nov 1, 2010 #2 Because 30 isn't a guarantee. You can run out a counter of 30 and still not get the tower item. 35 makes it much more likely you'll get one. The mechanic isn't fully understood. Check out the talk page on the wiki for The Shore, Inc.
