Any ideas as to how to set 612 and 613 to just go get the hint and resume grinding at the shield generator?

However ... why bother with the hint? The messages have been spaded. The Wiki is (as usual) close but not completely correct for all of them.

Where exactly am I making these changes? As in, what document/file/application/whatever is it that I need to be opening to make these changes in?

I have no idea on finding out how to get Mafia to tell me what the skill stuff is; however, they're up on the wiki: Silent Slam (from Infuriating), listed as skill #0084; Silent Squirt (from Tranquil), listed as skill #0085; and Silent Slice (from Menacing), listed as skill #86

Hopefully this helps with getting the skill info added.

Edit: Clicking on each skill in my charpane gives me http://127.0.0.1:60080/desc_skill.php?whichskill=84&self=true (and 85, and 86, for the other two skills), so it looks like skill numbers are be correct.
