Bug - Not A Bug No Aug. 2nd for Scepter

Hello.

At the 2nd January I missed "TODAY!" announce for the Scepter skills. After some research I found that Aug. 2nd is missing altogether. I took that as accidental bug and started to wait the fix... that still didn't arrive.



Maybe it's something wrong with my Mafia ? But I am using daily builds (r27791 right now).

Oh. So it's Crimbo to blame. Apparently, I got the buff and never used it. Thank you for explanation.
