Bug - Fixed moods/recoveryscript not triggering

Using r13387 my moods and hp/mp recovery don't trigger at all when adventuring in the relay browser (I haven't tried autoadventuring).

Same problem rolling back to r13386.

I then tried rolling back to r13377 and everything worked fine.

Sorry if this initial report is a bit vague, but I'm working on the assumption this is easily reproducible and should just get flagged up asap.

It's not easily reproducible if one has no adventures left.
I removed some code that wasn't working.
Since I have no idea what it was supposed to do, I didn't replace it with a fix.
I just removed it.

It appears that mood triggers properly when automating, but not when adventuring manually.
