Bug - Fixed modifiers : aquamariner's necklace & pretending to pretend

Attached is a patch for modifiers.txt in r12092 which corrects a couple modifiers.

Aquamariner's Necklace restores MP, not HP.
Pretending to Pretend gives +100% weapon damage, not +1000%.
