Bug - Cannot Reproduce Losing track of spices

I have Funkslinging and started this process with 3 spices and 4 anti-anti-antidotes in my inventory.

I did "make 3 spooky lo mein", which logged as follows (I don't have the gcli output, just the session log):

Somewhat later, I was autoadventuring in the Dungeons of Doom, and got poisoned. I have "minimum poison level for antidote use" set to "somewhat poisoned", and use FTF/SmartStasis.

FTF threw an antidote. I immediately got poisoned again, and then it looks like Mafia tried to throw antidote/spices pairs. (Note the "Poison level: 4 (set to remove if 4 or lower)" message before the first non-funkslinging throw, which is FTF, and the lack thereof before the funkslinging failed attempts, which I believe is Mafia)

As expected, I have no spices in my inventory after using them to make the spooky lo mein, but Mafia thought I did.
 
Please check your session log, between the cooking and the poisoning events, for any occurrences of "Adjusted combat item count:". Sometimes KoL fails to update your list of combat items after they've been otherwise used; if the spices were still appearing in the list, mafia would have added them back to your inventory, resulting in the problem you saw.
 
I don't see one for spices. Here is the only occurrence of "Adjusted combat item count" between the cooking and the poisoning:

I've had funky stuff going on with spices recently too. Mafia keeps thinking I have more spices than I do. I'll see if I can find any clues in my session logs.
 
I'm marking this as "Cannot Reproduce", since no-one has reported anything with newer builds.
