This script is intended to give information on what encounters you're likely to hit during LAR.
I'm mostly planning to use it in yaaz, but I've kept it separate so (hopefully) it can be useful to other people, or other ascension scripts

Start inferring things, so we don't need data on every single encounter
Host the data files in the repo
