Disjunctions were removed almost two years ago - see http://kolmafia.us/showthread.php?t=633 for the only explanation of this that I'm aware of.
The only OR-ish behaviors currently possible in the conditions are "any <text>" and "anything but <text>", which match all items that contain/don't contain the specified text.
