Bug - Fixed cast * Smile of Mr. A doesn't respect maximum limit

Casting * Smile of Mr. A tries to cast a maximum based on current MP without checking Golden Mr. Accessory quantity.

Also, as a feature request it could track # of casts so * wouldn't fail if casts had been used that day prior to *.

There's one small problem, though - KoLmafia won't know about Golden Mr. Accessories in your display case until you visit Museum Display for the first time.
 
Revision 10468 - untested.

This counts Golden Mr. Accessories in inventory, closet, storage, and equipped when you log in, includes your display case when you visit it, and updates when you buy a new Golden Mr. Accessory from Mr. Store. It stores the number in the goldenMrAccessories property. It uses this property to determine what your daily limit is for casting The Smile of Mr A.

I'm not "hearty" enough to spend $50 on a Golden Mr. Accessory. If somebody wants to send me 5 Mr. Accessories, earmarked for buying a Golden Mr. Accessory, I'll do it and test this, but we know that ain't gonna happen. You test it. :)
