Feature - Implemented Both Hidden Cities need their enviroment fixed

The hidden city (automatic and encounter) has two different values for enviroment. One is "none" and the other is "unknown". Both should be "outdoor".

If it helps any, I can confirm that all Hidden City squares need only 1 planting to apply to all of them, in case that was in question.
