Bug - Fixed Using El Vibrato Power Sphere doesn't remove it from Inventory

As the title indicates, when I use an El Vibrato Power Sphere, it doesn't remove it from the Mafia Inventory (though it does in game). Need to restart Mafia to bring back in line.

Or, you know, you could just refresh your inventory. No need to restart...

Not a solution, but while you wait for this to be fixed, you can do refresh inv in the gCLI or use the "refresh" button at the bottom-right of the Item manager tab, instead of restarting Mafia.

Ok, add to the /bug that hitting refesh or using refresh inv doesn't seem to update the number. I thought I'd tried that button.
