Bug - Fixed Unnecessary prompts for Latitude & Longitude on login

I have "oceanDestination" set to 200,50. That happened when I set the oceanDestinationComboBox to "choose" and it prompted me for Latitude & Longitude. It results in my having that custom "go to" destination in that combo box.

I notice that if I log out and log in again without restarting KoLmafia, I am prompted three times for Latitude & Longitude.

I don't want that to happen. Been there, answered that.

In order to reproduce this:

- Log in as a character which does not have a custom Ocean Destination
- Log out but don't exit KoLmafia
- Log in as a character which does have a custom Ocean Destination
- Get and dismiss three prompts for Latitude & Longitude before things settle down
