Feature - Implemented Track Machine Elf duplication in the DMT

A request to track whether or not you used the duplication thingy in the DMT. It's once per ascension, much like Such Great Heights in the Hidden Temple.
 
Can someone get me a debug log of this as I managed to screw up trying to get it in aftercore a d ran out of turns to try again before ascending
 
Revision 17432 adds the lastDMTDuplication setting, which is the Ascension # in which you last duplicated an item in the Deep Machine Tunnels.
