Bug - Fixed timesRested incorrect value

Whenever I use the final one of my free rests, the 'timesRested' property will increment by 2 instead of 1. I assume this behaviour is a result of r16394: http://kolmafia.us/showthread.php?1...s-parsed-update-timesRested-if-KoLmafia-is-wr

For example, my timesRested property is 12 and I have a daily limit of 13 free rests. I then use the 13th free rest, and timesRested is now 14.

Fixed in 16400. Not only was that check being done in the wrong order for chateau rests, it wasn't being done at all for campground rests.
