Feature - Implemented Rename "Internal Database"

I would like to rename the "Internal Database" as the "Encyclopedia."

This is a pretty minor feature perhaps, but I know I didn't even click on that for a long time after I began to use KoLmafia. It sounded like there would be techy details of KoLmafia that were of no use to a basic user or a beginning scripter. More than that, it sounded boring. Finally one day I clicked on it simply because I was checking out every last item on the KoLmafia menu, specifically to see if there was some unknown feature that might help me in some unknown way. I was pretty surprised to actually find one.

If the menu item as named "Encyclopedia" I would have been enjoying its uses a lot sooner and I suspect that there are others who would be using it if it didn't sound largely irrelevant to both scripters and regular players.
 
As long as someone is editing the menu entries would it be worth deleting the entry for Subjective KoL which is several years out of date and somewhere between irrelevant and wrong in a world with NS-13, type69 and the KoL Wiki?

Internal Database renamed to Encyclopedia.
Subjunctive KoL removed from menu.

Wow. That's a trip down memory lane. The last updates to Subjunctive were in 2008 with a promised grand relaunching.
