Feature New preference to prevent accidental adventuring in sea without Fishy effect

Ultrahydration protection would be a better model than clover protection. If a person agrees to venture into the sea without Fishy, then it shouldn't bother him about that for the rest of the day.
 
I have a mood I use for the sea and it aborts if I don't have fishy. That does require you to set your mood before entering the sea.
 
Or just put it into your before battle script. If the zone is the Sea, and you don't have fishy, abort.
