Feature - Implemented Native support for stun_skill() in CCS

I asked about whether there was native support for this and the answer was no, so... I'm requesting that this be added. While it's easy-ish for newbies to write a consult script, it's not easy for them to macro-fy it... whereas CCS helps reduce the server hits easily. Thanks for your consideration.

r13450 - adds "stun" as a valid CCS command. Uses current class stun if possible, if not, then if considerShadowNoodles is true, will use Shadow Noodles, otherwise will skip to next line in CCS.
