MLs for the critters you find in the $location[Nemesis Cave] (as it's internally ID'd by mafia) are either 0 or non-existant. The only experience I show from them is the 10 +moxie experience from Oh Snap! and MCD=0. It seems spading has pegged their ML at 21 & 24.
