Along the same lines, when you acquire Inigo's (the effect) you get a use link. I imagine it's pretty rare that an effect name exactly matches an item name, so mafia doesn't have code to distinguish between them.

r8471 should fix the problem - of course, anything involving the hookah is a bit difficult to test!
