Bug - Fixed don't see the URL bar in the mini browser

for some reason i don't have the URL bar on my mini browser anymore. i have the mini browser as a tab in the main interface. is this a bug?

Reproduced this behavior in r10202. Not sure if it's intentional either.

I'm also seeing this behavior in the current build (r10222). It seems like a bug to me.
