Just to get the "official" bug in, the cape was changed to a codpiece, and also back to an accessory - http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Codpiece_of_the_Goblin_King - looks to be the same item ID. it's a bit of a problem because the maximizer still tries to equip it in the back slot, which then causes errors because you're trying to equip 4 accessories. I'd include a patch, but I suspect it will be faster to edit by hand...
