Veracity Developer Staff member May 6, 2011 #3 No "spading" was necessary; when it was released, the effect description itself said "+2% Combat Initiative". Now it says "+20% Combat Initiative" and "So-So Sleaze Resistance". Thank you for pointing out that KoL has changed the effect.
