I had a different issue: Prefref Plus wasn't loading any of the preferences. Deleting both scripts and then reinstalling, Prefref Plus and CLIlinks fixed the problem.

And this morning, with r26279, I was able to log in and everything, including the relay browser, loaded as expected. 🤷‍♂️

I do not have the relay browser set to launch on login nor do I have a login script set. The only thing set to run on login is breakfast.

By failed I mean that when I pressed the "Login" button after KoLmafia loaded the main window never loaded and, after, approximately, five to ten seconds the window returned to the state in which it was when it loaded. The main window never loaded and the status messages in the space indicated...

With r26279 I tried to log in three times and each time it failed. Tried logging in directly to KoL from the browser and was able to do so. Reverted to r26278 and was able to log in immediately. Enabled debug mode and tried again with r26279. I then disabled debug mode and tried again...

And this explains why I didn't encounter this issue: my character has Pantsgiving.

I just grepped the session logs for the last two months and, what @fronobulax is reporting, never happened to my character. I too have Mercenary Mood active. I could go back further but I don't recall it ever happening to me.

I figured as much. I wonder why TPTB didn't provision some mechanism for retaining learned skills for future Grey You runs? That would have been interesting.

I have to say that I'm underwhelmed at the starting "bonus" after completing a HC Grey You run. Upon starting a second run the character was granted +2 to each starting stat. So instead of starting with one of each it was three. :rolleyes:
