As far as I can tell, Mafia doesn't actually use strong typing on those. The reason I put the notes column in was partly so data like that could be added - stuff like pointing out that the war quests accept "hippy", "fratboy" or "none" as values. I just haven't bothered with writing any of that...

Just run the CCS, really. Anything that isn't user-configurable is horrible.

You could probably make it check out the latest subversion and compile (Automator can run programs, right?) You'd need a subversion client and a version of ant, I'm afraid I don't know what you'd have to use for a mac. edit: Can you make it parse the builds page you linked for the top JAR file?

Yeah, it sort of annoys me that I have to be careful to keep more phials than I'll ever need in my inventory so I can use the CLI's "use phial of ..." without having it waste reagents on making single phials out of them.

I just tested this using the dwarf war-gear. A noob cave rabbit is 1 ML without a single Brimstone piece, and 3 ML with one. I tried with Brooch and Bracelet. ML is 5 with both. I believe so.
