Sorry, still occurring in build 10650. I have HP & MP recovery turned off just to be sure. Universal Recovery is installed as the recovery agent.

I'll test this about 6 hours after rollover. The messages suggest that the problem is effect removal not HP restoration ... are they the same?

If one of the early items in the list was a Notes from the Elfpocalypse that would do it ... there seems to be a general bug in all the command lines failing to deal with the comma. I've only seen it in OCD I assumed it was OCD failing to escape the comma.
