I've noticed the relay browser frequently not updating MP changes when using skills or casting buffs. At one point I had used all my MP in the relay browser and the side panel still said I had over half my MP.

This would have the benefit of leaving useful pages intact so combat action bars still worked, multiple use links were still available as in the case of hermit script and stat script. I can't think of a downside to this.

I've been using the hauntedhouse.ash and it works reasonably well but it fails to use staff guides for some reason. Mafia will think it used them and decrease the inventory count but they're not actually used so when it thinks you've run out it stops using them.

Personally I'd leave it like it is. Because of the hobo buff limited casts and higher demand, not getting refunds for uncastable buffs is a disincentive for people inclined to spam those requests. Not recognizing failed regular AT buff casts is more of an issue.
