    Well...I did and I didn't. I had maximizerCombinationLimit set for 10000 since I preferred speed over further refinement. I was still able to reproduce it (r19998). Something made me suspect that limit (not sure what), so I increased it to 25000 --- and am no longer able to reproduce it...
