Is there a list of the colors supported by 'cecho'? I was not able to find one, but my "advanced search fu" might need some work. And yeah... I know, the # notation for colors does work ala "cecho #00FFFF shoo da woop!" Thanks.

Try "update clear" from the CLI. Exit mafia completely. Restart. 9174 was acting in the same manner various folks have been having problems with. Did the above and it stopped hanging on the booze computations. It never had a problem with food or spleen. It would always "red code" on the booze.

Doing it again. Version I am using is 8852. I did notice that in a normal javaw.exe session, I have about 200K - 300K I/O writes in Windows Task Manager, during a run of 250 or so turns. When the program becomes unresponsive, this count jumps to 6M+. An increase of 20x - 30X.
