When clicking on an item in the relay browser you get the pop-up window with the game description of the item. If you then click on the link to the wiki from the pop-up window it takes you to the Coldfront wiki.

Ah... the source for mine was https://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Rainbow_Pearl. Note the difference in case for the last part of the URL.
